Grateful Dead Piece
I routered out the pattern in the black walnut for the Grateful Dead piece.
This was a free-flowing pattern with a little bit of focus, LOL! Trippy, yet purposeful.
Some of you will understand what I mean as you study the pattern. It's going to look great once everything is in there and it is all filled in with the epoxy!
After measuring for dimensions, I've realized that this can make for an excellent small novelty side table! It is large enough to fit a lamp and a clock, or maybe just a few small knick knacks. Again, it would also make a great wall hanging.
When it is finished I'm going to let whomever decides to purchase this make the decision as to whether or not they want it as a small novelty side table or as a wall hanging.
